These shakes are so easy to make and really filling. I like adding lots of ice to make them really thick. You may need to get larger diameter straws to drink them! I use a beef-based protein powder but you can use any that you like [if it is a vegan-based protein powder, make sure it contains all the essential amino acids – you may have to mix two powders together]
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
